Insurance & Claims team move

With effect from 1^st April 2018, the Insurance & Claims team within Corporate Finance has moved to Protective Services.

The team has been renamed Insurance and Risk reporting directly to Sandy Baptie, Emergency Planning, Risk & Resilience Manager.
