Intranet offline and advice for staff who have purchased online systems
Colleagues may be aware of a global issue concerning a website security update. You can read about it here.
Our intranet has been taken offline while we carry out the necessary update to address this issue. We will let you know you as soon as it is back up and running.

Online systems
If you have purchased an online system and there is no council system administrator, please contact your supplier to confirm:
- whether their solution is affected by these vulnerabilities
- whether PHP and the impacted versions are used anywhere within the application stack
- what mitigations or patches are available, and their expected deployment timescales
- whether any action is required from East Lothian Council
This must be actioned as a priority and the response recorded with IT – please send findings to itservicedesk@eastlothian.gov.uk
